Doug Scowden Doug has over 30 years experience managing both residential and commerical properties in the Austin metro area. When he is not overseeing property, he is in his workshop building furniture and practicing his woodturning skills. |

Sandy Scowden Sandy also has over 30 years experience in sales and property management, obtaining her brokers license in 1997. When not in the office she enjoys painting, baking and spending time with her family. |

Sari Ortiz Sari is our leasing manager. On weekends when not working (this is property management after-all), Sari can be found spending time with her three daughters and often acting as foster mom for local animal rescues. |
